WHAT MAKES ME EDMONTON'S BEST LANDLORD?

So why am I Edmonton's best landlord? I take great care of the property and even better care of you! When you have a question or a concern and need to call me, you actually get to talk to ME. Not a receptionist or a property manager but ME. Is something broken? I'll have it fixed or replaced. Not next year. Not in the next six months. I'll have it looked after as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.

New to the area and need directions? Call me.

Lock your keys in the car and don't know what to do? Call me.

Need to know a good place to go for dinner? Call me.

Have any questions, concerns, or problems? Call me, call me, call me.

MY PET POLICY

It's getting harder and harder to find a great home where pets are allowed. I understand that pets are more than just animals - they're part of the family!

Here's a summary of my pet policy:

  • Select cats and well behaved small dogs under 10lbs will be considered;
  • Absolutely no Rottweilers or Pitbulls
  • Absolutely no exotic pets (snakes, lizards, etc);
  • A $200 non-refundable pet application fee per pet will be collected with your security deposit when you move in; and
  • $25 per month per pet will be added to your monthly rent.
